Harvest Restoration – Getting Back to the “Real” You is an outreach for our community to learn and experience a healthy lifestyle. Everyone struggles with physical and spiritual fitness with the demands our society puts on us where we strive to balance family, church and work. The focus of this outreach is helping you loss weight and get back in shape.

- Physical Fitness: We will meet twice a week to workout as a group and learn how to live a healthy lifestyle. The first meeting of the week would be at the church starting with a weigh-in followed by fitness topic and exercise/challenges. The second meeting will alternate locations within the community with our partners and community facilities (parks, walking trails, etc.)

- Spiritual Fitness: An important part of a healthy lifestyle includes spiritual fitness. To encourage this each participant will get to take away an extra pound for the weekly weigh-in by attending church during the 12 Sundays throughout the program.

The 12th meeting is the grand finale (it will be held at Harvest Church during our morning service) with a message from Pastor Tim Bullington, the final weigh-in, acknowledging the accomplishments of each participant, awarding biggest loser (male/female) with grand prize.

Prizes: Multiple prizes will be given out during the program.
Weekly prizes: (Based on greatest % body weight lost that week, 1 pound coupon can be used for the weekly weigh-in)

Child care: Child Care will be provided at no additional cost (for children ages: 0 to 18). A program has been developed to educate children about health and fitness.

Duration: 12 Weeks (Meet twice a week – Tuesday and Thursday evening)
